Subject: '95 Uchinada World Kite Festival

Will be held on May 3rd and 4th at Uchinada-Cho, Japan.
My wife and I plan to go over there,
and this will be the first time for us
to observe a kite festival of the world class.
I understand David Gomberg will come and buy up some happi coats.
Are there other rec.kiters planing to come?
Hope the prohibitive exchange rates of these days
won't force you to change your minds/plans.
