I have been on list list for quite some time now, but mostly I am just reading.

Someone asked about European Kite Festivals.
Here comes a list which I took from 'VLIEGER', a Dutch bimonthly kite
magazine published by the 'Dutch Kite Promotion Foundation'.
(I am a long time member of that club).

Here is a list of Festivals in the Netherlands.
