Subject: Happy Spring! I'll swap a story of a recommendation

Wow. Life is too good! Hope y'all all had a great winter. Uncle Sam
treated me to a Double French Military. What a glorious kite. Sunday I
took it out to the Lake Front in 15-25mph with gusts up to 30mph. My
King of the Wind Delta sat in the sky like a trained dog.

My record is now 3-0. The Delta took out two smaller $5.95 dragon
kites. When the wind would gust the smaller kites would whip around and
when they crossed my 50# line they got sliced. One woman had a
Flexifoil. She clearly was a novice. She was getting dragged around the
field and came to close to my monster French. Sliiiice! The 110# line
on the French cut through two of her lines like a knife through butter.

Hmmmmm. I'm beginning to understand the thrill of fighter kites.

Anyway. When the spar on the French finally broke I started playing with
the four lines of the bridle and holding it up in the breeze. It was a
lot of fun and I've decided to invest in a quadline kite. I'm lookin at
a Guildworks Deca 1 or a Rev II. Has anyone out there used _both_ of
them and have a comparative review they'd like to share with me?
