Both of the proprieters, for that matter belong or have belonged to Master's Class flying teams. Both have been around quite a while, and are very reputible. Both feature the very latest in sport kite designs, and are very knowledgible about what they sell. I don't think you can go wrong by buying kites from either of these catalogs--perhaps go with the one closer to your home...
