Subject: kite exhibit - Seattle, Washington

Yo kiters,
I was in Seattle, Washington earlier this week for a meeting at the
Seattle Convention Center in the downtown area and much to my delight, there
is a beautiful display of kites hanging over the central entrance way- on 
the forth floor over the escalators. 

I did some calling around and found that they were made by Don Mock with
one or two made by Sam Houston(?).  I recall seeing a picture of one of
Don's kites before in a magazine.  At any rate, they are very large single-
line kites, with one or two stunt kites showing beautiful Northwestern 
Native American designs.

If you are in the area and have not seen these kites before, it is worth the
visit.
