It has always been that way. I've subscribed for over 5 years and in that time I think maybe two years had a full complement of 4 quarterly issues. One year it was only two as I recall. Thank goodness that when they finally do appear, they are normally pretty good. American Kite, on the other hand, is very consistent with releasing issues. I've subscribed since it began and don't recall them missing an issue yet. SKQ is questionable, but they seem to be getting going again. PS: KITELINES will run your full 4 issue subscription.
