There is a tradition that people start with services like AOL and then progress to somewhere cheaper but more technical (where, paradoxically we'd find it easier to help him). To get a list of service providers, send Email to "info-deli-server@netcom.com" with the phrase "Send PDIAL" in the *message*. When you get the reply, grovel through it and pick out the service providers in your area-code. Aside to ANNE: (you are reading this, arn't you?)
