Subject: Making Buggies

I would like to try and build my own buggy however I have no welding
experience whatsoever. So my question is has anyone built a buggy and
didn't weld it together? If so what materials were used, how well does it
preform, has it held together. Any suggestions would be appriciated.

Of course you can build a buggy without knowing anything about welding.
The question is... Are you trying to save money?
Will not happen. Building is for those who enjoy the building process.
Buy if you want to save time and money.
What about design?
Do you plan to copy some one else?
Have you asked permission?
Oh, By the way... How much confidence does a glued or rubber banded buggy
instill in you at speed?
Considering the life span of a PL buggy and how well it works...
Buy your buggy and get out there and learn how to use it.

If you can check out Dave Lords home page; he has some pictures of
a PVC buggy. He also has the kiteflyer's email address in order to get
information on building it.
