Monthly Flying Schedule
 
The flying starts at 2:00 pm on the first and third Sunday of each month. 
Unless you are advised otherwise the locations will be determined by the
following bit of deductive reasoning.  Mark your calendars now!
 
Until the 1st of april 1993, on the first and third sunday of each month
we will fly at Britannia Beach Park, in the West End.  Britannia Beach can
be reached by going North on Greenview ave, from Carling ave, just west of
the intersection of Carling ave and Richmond rd.  If you are arriving via
the Queensway (hwy 417) take the Pinecrest road exit and go North to
Carling ave.
 
After the 1st of april, 1993, on the first and third Sunday of each month
we will fly from the field off Terry Fox Drive in Kanata.  Take the Terry
Fox exit south from the Queensway in Kanata, and watch for the kite
flying, about 300 metres away from the Queensway, just past the Kanata
hydro office on your right hand side.  It may be in the soccer fields
adjacent to the third road on the right, or it might be in front of the
Kanata recreation complex, which is the fourth right that you will
encounter, just beyond the toboggan hill.
 
Since the field at Carlington Park was being renovated last fall, we will
not schedule any flying there until we have determined its status for this
year.
