Is it worth the trouble to build these yourself (I'm not much on sewing,
and adjusting the lines sounds tricky) or should I just save up?  I
was thinking of something about 4' to 6' on a side, and I haven't seen
any detailed plans for parafoils in what few kite books I've checked.
