Fly on the beach from 1 pm to 4pm, 3-4th Avenues Then retire to Fly Away Kites to talk about how cold it was and to eat and drink stuff to warm your body. 4 pm to 6 pm. Will not be canceled because of bad weather, that's why it's called the Polar Bear Kite Fly.
