It was a lot of fun, and I found out two interesting things. One, it's summer, or close enough to get a sunburn on my face and forearms after just a few hours. Time to put the sun block in the kite bag... Two, I got to see a really nice quad line kite. It's called the Symphony, made by MericKites, Inc. Now, I can only give you an opinion from a rank (ie, stinky) beginner at quads, but it was a whole lot easier to work with the Symphony than my Rev II. The fellow I talked with said it was probably because the sail area on the Symphony is closer to that of the Rev than the Rev II, just a lot more compact. It's a nice looking kite. I'd really suggest anyone looking into quads take a look at it, particularly if you're looking at a Rev II... One particularly nice thing is that it folds up to about the same size as my Rev II, which means it can hide in the trunk or attach to the top tube of my mountain bike without a lot of dangle. -jeff -- Jeff Collier | 17 Newland Road | Arlington, MA 02174 | jc@ACM.org = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
