Subject: Rec.kite archives

Hi Guys,

I'm a new around here and need a little help accessing the rec.kite
archives.
I downloaded a couple of files but they seem to be in some kind of
compressed format.  What format are they in and how can I decompress them?
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide to a confused newbie.

They are in GZIP format, try and find the (DOS) program GZIP.EXE and
you can un-GZ them.
