Just can't resist...  Forgive my flying off at a tangent.

Itch is one; knee two; city seven; hatch eight; cue nine; jew ten;
jew-itch eleven; jew-knee twelve;...; jew-cue nineteen; knee-jew twenty;
knee-jew-itch twenty-one;...;she-jew-go forty-five;...; and then 
cue-jew-cue ninety-nine at last.  Thank you for your cooperation.
Also zero is zero in japanese - or a vintage fighter from the WWII.

IMHO, 'lock' is closest what we pronounce, though 'roku' 
is the correct spelling.
