(<- copied that bit directly.... heheheh...;) I gotta honors degree in bilogy, and like studied cell phys. a lot and did a one year thesis in "Sexual Differentiation in _Gymnotus carapo_". The project has something do do with navy subs...don't ask me why they wanna know about the damn fish. (It's an ugly fish and at the end of the project I cut them all up on a disecting table....cool!) My rap sheet is as follows: I entered one of my kites a few years ago in a single line craftsmanship thingy... It was a fighter kite... class masters... the judges complained that the kite was not stable, recomended that i get a tail for it etc... I entered another kite about a year later. the big question asked by the judges was, "What is it a picture of?" They said other kites where scored higher because they knew what they were. (see the pretty birdy, see the butterfly...) I don't compete at kite events anymore... I have won a slew of art awards and stuff. got stuff on display 'round the northwest here, and in a few museums and junk. When I see a kite event that has standards high enough to judge my work, I might enter. I am not sponsored by anybody. It is not enough to offer me free junk like sticks and material. If you want me to use and endorse a product, i do so if i like it. ain't behold'n to no one... I design and build kites and lately have been doing odd sculpture things for places that want a kite but offer way too much money. current project include designs for this federal building thing, 2000m sq. canopy thingy to go over a city block, wind sails for an entire city, and make'n kites cuz there fun. oh well carl FOOTNOTE: twice i tried to get into medical school, but im just a bit too stupid to be cutting up people...
