Jeff, One of the finest butterfly kites that you will ever see (fly) is built and designed by Joel Scholtz. The kite is called "Papillon" and if I remember correctly won awards at the AKA convention last year. For some reason he only advertises it in the German Kite magazine DRACHEN and not in the US based mags. You can see a picture of it in the AUG/Sept/Oct issue on page 65. Be forwarned that it is not cheap but understand that the kite is heavily appliqued (sp?) and in all rights should be worth more than he is asking. In other words "a good bargain" for the time spent building vs money asked. It is a fairly large kite also (as butterflys go). He does make a smaller one but not any where as detailed. He can be contacted at 512-476-1758. -- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dick Bell dickbell@netcom.com Dallas, Texas = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
