Subject: Well, I was just wondering about a Kite I got at Kligies

Howdy all, I'm new to this all so pleaase bear with me. I just upgraded
>From a gnarly diamond stunt kite (K-mapart special) to a "Premier
Aerosport". I've got a few questions about that . . .

1. The upper spreader bar seems to fit quite loosely, I need use no
tension to get it in , and it slips out rather easily if I pull on the
sides. It did'nt come out in my first few minutes of flight testing
today, though.

2. Do I need a tail on it at first? I flew it for about a minute and
couldn't really get much control over it . I stopped quickly because the
wind was gusty, and the lines I was using (the ones that came with the
little diamond jobbby) began to make this queer, squeeking, I'm about to
break now sound. What kind of lines and control rods should I get for it
anyhow, and where can I get some near Washington, D.C.?

                      Thanky The Novice, -Amos
