You know, the last issue we got was December '93. Did they die?

Thanks...Jim

No, they are still around. The proofs of the latest issue were at
their offices last week, and I'm told they will ship this comming
week.

Their rather allarming delay was caused by a number of things, not
the least of which is losing an important staffer on short notice.
As a frequent contributor I stay in touch with Valerie and Mel. I
will be visiting with them in a week, and would gladly carry any
messages you had to them.

I talked to Valerie Govig (Publisher) at the Verdun festival
and she assured me that the summer issure of Kite Lines was going
to be shipped in June. So Hang in there, It's comming.

I called KiteLines on May 18th to ensure they had received my subscription
renewal. I also asked when the next issue would be out. The gentleman I
talked to said they were running behind on this issue, and it would be a
couple (or a few-I don't remember which) weeks late.
