     Dog Stake it.  Then you can have the kite hub you.

     Another interesting concept is to hook the handles onto  the 
dog stake.  Allow the kite to rise to the top of the wind window.  
Take  a  few steps down wind and capture all 4 lines  under  your 
Right  (or Left) arm.  Your hands will be free to manipulate  the 
bottom lines as you walk further down wind allowing the lines  to 
slide  under  your arm pit.  Wear an old heavy  jacket  for  this 
stunt.   You can actually walk all the way out to the  kite.   As 
you  do  it comes down to you.  This is also a  novel  method  of 
launching  the  Quadrifoil.   Make sure that  the  dog  stake  is 
securely  fastened to the ground because if it launches from  the 
ground, You are directly in line of its trajectory.
