Windy Kites Swallow

This is a tiny little blue bird.  I fly it on cotton.  It flaps it's wings
convincingly and flies in the lightest of breezes.  It requires attention
to fly and seems to be forever dropping it's line in trees but it has always managed to either fly free or pull it's flexible 2mm fibreglass frame through.
