<h1>The rec.kites Logo</h1>

Andrew Beattie asked me if I could clean up the original rec.kites logo 
and maybe improve it a bit.  Here lies the results.

		The original design reworked in Corel Draw to give a more
		solid banner, a better consistency of lines and solid
		colours.

		<h1>Enhanced Version</h1>
		The original design, revamped as above but also improved.
		Colours are now gradient fills, shadows and highlights have
		been added and the whole logo has been given a drop shadow
		to lift it off the page.  The text colour has been changed 
		to white to improve legibility.
