Building a flexi seems like jumping in a the deep end. I know of no plans
(the things are patented!) A friend who did some repairs for me took a copy
of the airifoil shape and reported that it was not the sort of shape that he
would expect. Think about the design: This is an airifoil that produces
loads of lift and loads of speed *and* is blanced along the leading edge
so that you don't need a bridle. Don't expect to get it right by guesswork.
Trial and error requires re-sewing the entire thing.
